B.C.'s fifth biggest real estate deal of 2009
Stikeman Elliott Vancouver ranked fifth out of the biggest 100 real estate deals in Business in Vancouver, representing Tsawwassen First Nations' capital and land transfer of 724 hectares of Crown Land to the Tsawwassen First Nations for $120 million.
